Our CEO (Amer) is a tech-entrepreneur who always had to call his doctor brother (Adil) for advice, whenever he or his family had a medical problem. Amer’s family had great doctors, but no one had the time to tell them exactly what to do before a medical test or procedure. There would always be questions- but no answers or clear instructions. 

 

Turns out that Adil, a surgeon at Johns Hopkins worked with Drs Peter Pronovost and Asad Latif who were world renowned for getting physicians to use checklists before medical procedures, saving thousands of lives. Together they thought- why not create smart checklists for patients as well! Today, our state of the art "Smartlists" are the framework for powerful CarePrograms that use the most advanced technology and science to engage patients and provide them with interactive information so they always know what to and when to do it.   

 

Our team has expanded to include some of the most innovative tech experts, doctors and most importantly patients. We are based in Silicon Valley with content and research offices in Baltimore and Boston.
